I coach people looking for change or who have had change thrust upon them. Individual contributors who find themselves in management positions and are overwhelmed, people who are generally successful but become aware of something missing in their lives, people who are starting to notice a pattern that isn't working for them, but don't know how to define it or change it, people who are getting it all done, but aren't having fun at it. These are my people.
Coaching is a partnership between you and the coach that allows space for you to explore what’s important to you, to clarify your goals, to think about options, and to set a path towards reaching those goals.
Coaching is two people walking side-by-side, exploring the possibilities, but focused on what’s important to you, with your best interests at heart.
My Coach Training and Experience
I have completed all 128 hours of coach training at College of Executive Coaching, and am applying for my ICF Certification. Most of the remaining hours I need to complete my ICF certification must be paid, so I am asking for a very small payment in exchange for coaching.
I have completed a certificate program in Applied Positive Psychology.
My other interests, experience and activites
I'm currently publishing a book titled "A Beginner's Guide to Happiness, Seven Secrets to Stop Fighting Life and Start Enjoying it"
I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and ran a very successful business for many years and sold it in 2017.
