I will be the first one to admit and to tell you that I can’t work with everyone and I won’t work with just anyone. The relationship between that coach and the client is one of trust, honestly and complete transparency in order to be effective.
I do discovery calls with anyone interested in working with me so that we can get to know each other, see if we “click†and see if how I work will be effective for you. These things all need to be in line in order for the relationship to work
I am blunt, honest, and straight forward; I call it like I see it and will hold you accountable, which is exactly what anyone needs in a coach who is wanting to truly change. I will also be your biggest cheerleader and celebrate all the wins, big and small, together. I’ll be the one supporting you in whatever you want to do and helping you get there.
My Coach Training and Experience
I have a Bachelors Degree with a minor in Addictions Counseling as well as Life Coach Certification from World Coach Institute. I also spent 1.5 years in a Masters program for Marriage and Family Therapy.
My other interests, experience and activites
I enjoy riding and driving horses as well as spending time with friends and family going camping, boating, etc. I also enjoy redoing furniture.
