Ever since I've known myself I have always had a passion to help others, and being a life coaching I am able to reach more people and make a difference in their lives. I believe everyone possess the ability to change or improve anything they want about themselves even if it may seem impossible. I help clients who are looking to make some kind of improvement in their lives, it could be in their current situation, they want to change where they are now and get to where they want to be either their career or something they want to change personally about themselves. I help people who want to change how they feel on a day-to-day basis, some may feel depressed, anxious, stress and overwhelmed. I help clients who are struggling with mental health issues and need support, guidance in establishing a recovery plan. I believe in the power of the mind and the ability to change your current situation.
My Coach Training and Experience
I have 4 years experience as a Mental Health Coach with 9 years in the field of Psychology and Mental Health. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with focuses in Psychopathology (The study of mental illness), Clinical Psychology, Counseling psychology, Family Dynamics and Conflict Resolution. With a proven track record in helping clients improve their mental health and go onto leading more productive lives.
I am a Certified Mental Health and Wellness Coach | Family Coach | Grief/Bereavement Coach | NLP Master Practitioner specializing in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy Techniques (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques (CBT), Strengths-based Approach and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
My other interests, experience and activites
Mental health and wellness, helping others who are in therapy establish a recovery plan.Built my coaching business from scratch and I'm currently helping client's start their own life coaching business. I also have experience helping others heal from toxic relationships, such as Narcissistic personality disorder, I also help clients who may have family issues as well.
