I try to help people really tune into their experiences and see build lives in or out of the workplace that matter to them. I strive to help people find ways to bring the skills learned through coaching into their real lives and learn from experience, so they can have maximum impact.
On top of general life and business coaching I can also coach in more specialist areas such as leadership, communication and social skills, speaking anxiety, and boosting performance in music/sports.
